Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Jiffy Lube's Signature Service Oil Change and other routine maintenance services
  • Inspect and service fluids, filters, headlamps, wipers, tire rotations, and minor vehicle services
  • Flush and fill coolant, transmission, power steering, and other vital fluids
  • Oversee technicians on the floor to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards
  • Mentor and coach store-level teammates to foster employee development and high performance

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube environment
  • Ability to operate equipment such as oil and grease guns, transmission machines, and hand tools
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks including bending, lifting, and twisting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
