Responsibilities

  • Inspect, communicate and report overall vehicle condition to service advisors, managers and the shop foreman
  • Maintain and treat all Company Shop Equipment as if it was your own
  • Cleanliness of your bay and lift areas as well as all client vehicles is required
  • Consistent and Effective Communication skills to all relevant team members
  • Strong awareness for attention to detail, as well as the ability to effectively listen and resolve conflict
  • Professional work ethic and a positive mindset
  • Required to be on time for your shift, and to be available to work after your shift on occasion during peak times

Qualifications

  • Must provide an outstanding communication skillset – communicates effectively with management as well as other employees.
  • Time management – managing one’s own time for efficiency and productivity.
  • Basic computer skills, as well as the willingness to advance for more computer (Information Technology) training
  • Clean driving record is a requirement
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check as well as a current drug screening report
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working as an automotive technician, at a Independent Repair Facility or a Car Dealership. 
  • ASE Certifications and/or GM Experience are a strong plus.
