Job description

Grenier Automobile is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. Working alongside the HR Manager, you will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and integration, as well as various administrative and internal communications projects.
Your main responsibilities
Draft and post job openings on various platforms.
Screen applications and follow up with candidates.
Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with the onboarding and integration of new employees.
Maintain up-to-date HR files, databases, and documents.
Respond to first-line employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
Help create training materials, internal communications, and HR tools.
Provide support for various projects and the day-to-day activities of the human resources team.
Any other related tasks.
Qualifications
Degree in administration, office management, secretarial studies, human resources, industrial relations, or a related field. Any combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Recent graduates are welcome!
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Organizational skills, independence, and a team player.
