Nelson’s Automotive is hiring a Full-Time Service Writer to join their skilled auto service team. Monday-Friday 7:30 - 5:00 pm

$40,000 - $75,000 / year depending on experience

The role of an automotive service writer is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and the efficient operation of automotive service departments. It requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and administrative abilities to succeed in this dynamic and rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and document vehicle issues.

Provide repair and maintenance recommendations.

Estimate costs for labor and parts.

Schedule appointments and update customers on vehicle status.
