What You'll Do
As an Automotive Finance Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the sales process and helping customers secure financing solutions while maximizing dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
  • Present financing options and assist customers in securing competitive vehicle financing
  • Facilitate the sale of aftermarket products and protection plans
  • Ensure all financing and related documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Partner closely with the sales team to support vehicle sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and financial partners
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership, lender, state, and federal regulations
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process
  • Support dealership goals while maintaining the integrity and culture that define CarShop
  • Assist with process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For
  • Previous automotive F&I or automotive finance experience preferred
