AMT Moulage fabrique, à St-Cyprien au Bas-St-Laurent, des pièces d'aluminium de grande qualité avec un procédé de haute technologie. AMT réussit de tour de force grâce à une équipe unique. Notre production majoritairement destinée au domaine de l'automobile, plus de 20% des voitures assemblées en Amérique du Nord contiennent une de nos pièces.
L'ingénieur de procédé élabore et développe des procédés innovants, performants et robustes. Participe activement au développement des nouvelles recettes de produit, à l'amélioration des recettes existantes et au développement des techniques de contrôle de procédé de moulage.
- Supporter le développement de produits et nouvelles recettes;
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes;
- Assurer les suivis de procédés en contrôle;
- Supporter l'innovation du moulage.
  • Excellente connaissance du contrôle statistique de procédé;
  • Excellente connaissance du procédé de moulage sous pression d'aluminium et de zinc;
  • Excellente connaissance du contrôle des défauts de fonderie et approche Ishikawa;
  • Excellente connaissance de la métallurgie de l'aluminium;
  • Bonne connaissance de la mécanique, l'hydraulique et de l'électromécanique des machines à mouler;
  • Bonne connaissance du processus de traitement thermique des aciers outils;
  • Bonne connaissance des outillages utilisés en moulage sous pression;
  • Bonne connaissance en tolérances géométriques et dimensionnelles;
  • Connaissance des requis pour le développement de produits destinés à l'automobile;
  • Technique de résolution de problèmes en équipe;
