Automotive Sales Associate/Product Specialist

Shottenkirk Automotive Group is family-owned and has been in business for over 60 years. We currently operate 27 Automotive Dealerships in 6 states and employ over 2,500 people. We believe culture makes a difference and we strive to build lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and the community.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our vehicle acquisition team to support the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer program.ย  As a Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer Buyer, you will be responsible for acquiring vehicles directly from customers through inbound leads and appointments. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role focused on evaluating, negotiating, and purchasing vehicles for dealership inventory.


Compensation
  • Expected Annual Earnings: Over $100,000

  • Base pay plus performance-based bonuses

  • Respond to and manage incoming Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer leads

  • Contact customers to schedule in-store or remote vehicle appraisals

  • Evaluate vehicles and present purchase offers based on market data

  • Provide a seamless and professional customer experience

Qualifications
