Job description

Hiring: Reliability Development Engineer | Raymond, OH

We are looking for a Reliability Development Engineer to support automotive vehicle validation, reliability testing, simulations, and engineering analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in durability testing, FEA/CAE analysis, root cause investigation, and automotive development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute reliability tests and simulations for vehicle systems and sub-systems
• Analyze engineering data and communicate technical findings to engineering management
• Support vehicle validation, strength, and durability testing activities
• Perform root cause analysis and develop countermeasure plans for performance concerns
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and engineering validation records
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement improvement initiatives

Required Skills:
• Automotive Reliability Engineering experience
• Vehicle Validation and Durability Testing experience
• FEA/CAE tools including Abaqus, Nastran, HyperMesh, Ansa, Meta, or LS-DYNA
• CATIA or SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling experience
