Hudson Automotive Group is looking for a strategic and talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing corporate Human Resources team. The HRBP is at the center of the HR function and supports the execution of HR programs (performance management, succession planning, conflict management, coaching, employee relations, internal mobility, retention, talent acquisition, intern program, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent development and compliance).
The HR Business Partner will support and work closely with corporate dept heads to understand their overall talent strategy, initiatives and/or challenges and then in partnership with the COEs (Benefits, L&D, Recruiting & Payroll), strategize and activate solutions/programs that deliver high impact.

Who are we looking for?
  • Strategic HR professional with a passion for executing and implementing HR-related initiatives (talent/performance management, succession planning, compensation/merit planning, employee development, succession planning, recruiting, organization design & integration) and any other employee related programs.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience with the execution of performance management, succession planning, coaching, employee relations, internal mobility, retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent development and compliance programs.
  • Track record of successfully partnering with stakeholders at all levels of a fast-growing organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred.
  • Experience with a wide range of HR, critical thinking, and business advisory skills.
  • Experience leading and developing direct reports a plus.
  • Prior managerial experience is preferred.
