An Automotive Counter Professional is a specialist who assists customers in automotive parts stores, garages, or dealerships by identifying, locating, and selling the appropriate vehicle parts and accessories. They provide expert advice, answer technical questions, and ensure customers get the correct parts for their vehicles. This role requires strong automotive knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to use inventory management systems. Automotive Counter Professionals often interact with both retail customers and professional mechanics, playing a key role in the automotive supply chain.
