Job Description:

Develop relationships with customers, identify vehicle preferences, and close deals while ensuring each customer has a premium buy experience. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
  • Lead customers through proven steps that develop leads into sales
  • Communicate sales price, close deals and complete paperwork
  • Prospect to generate a stream of customers that visit and inquire about purchasing a vehicle from you

Job Requirements:

  • Sales experience in any industry is welcome - We will train you!
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license

Pay Scale

  • The Salesperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.00.  The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 to $10,000 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 to $2,000(if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. 
  • A fully trained and motivated salesperson (working full time) has unlimited earning potential and typically earns between $30,720 to 100,000+ (with base pay, commissions, and bonuses) annually with all things being equal.
