About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Aftermarket Accessory Installer / Suspension Technician to join our North Richland Hills team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working on trucks, Jeeps, SUVs, and custom vehicle builds. You'll be responsible for installing and servicing aftermarket suspension systems, lift and leveling kits, wheels and tires, lighting, accessories, and other vehicle upgrades.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of proper installation, fitment, safety, and attention to detail.


What You'll Do
  • Install lift kits, leveling kits, shocks, coilovers, suspension components, and related upgrades
  • Install wheels, tires, lighting, bumpers, steps, bed accessories, and other aftermarket products
  • Inspect vehicles before and after installation to ensure proper fitment and operation
  • Follow manufacturer specifications, torque requirements, and installation procedures
  • Diagnose suspension, steering, fitment, and related vehicle concerns
  • Verify completed work for safety, quality, and proper functionality
  • Communicate with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle needs and job progress
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Properly use and maintain shop tools and equipment
  • Help ensure every completed vehicle meets All Out Offroad's quality standards


What We're Looking For
  • Previous hands-on automotive, truck accessory, suspension, or aftermarket installation experience
  • Experience installing lift and leveling kits is strongly preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of suspension and steering systems
  • Familiarity with wheels, tires, braking, alignment, and driveline components
  • Comfortable using vehicle lifts, torque wrenches, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and other professional shop tools
  • Strong attention to detail when it comes to measurements, fitment, torque specifications, and quality control
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, manufacturer instructions, and technical documentation
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a physically active shop environment, including standing, lifting, bending, and working underneath vehicles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive certifications or technical training are a plus


Compensation
