Job description

Salary:

Are you an outgoing, friendly person with a passion for trucks and customization? Do you love helping people turn their vehicle into the ultimate work or play machine? Wed love to meet you! Our team is seeking a knowledgeable, self-motivated professional to join our growing accessories and upfit department.


The Role

The Advisor works with both retail enthusiasts and commercial customers to find the best solutions for their vehicles. Whether its selecting the right Boss Plow for a Maine winter, choosing a Truck Cap or Tonneau Cover, or upgrading a vehicle with a Window Tint, Remote Starter and other electronics, you are the expert guide.

In addition to sales, this person is responsible for:

  • Answering phones and consulting with customers in the showroom.
  • Ordering parts and managing inventory as needed for specific builds.
  • Scheduling installation appointments and writing up Repair Orders.
  • Working daily to create loyal customers through "above and beyond" service.

You will work closely with our technicians to ensure every accessory is installed to the highest standard. Just like our service department, we have a philosophy of honest and open communication. Simply put, we seek to deliver a truly exceptional ownership experience that keeps our customers coming back.


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive service writing or aftermarket accessory sales is preferred.
  • Ability to use a computer for parts ordering and scheduling is necessary; knowledge of truck fitment (caps, plows, electronics) is a major plus.
  • A valid, clean drivers license is required.
