TOWNE AUTOMOTIVE IS LOOKING FOR A TITLE/BILLING CLERK TO JOIN OUR TEAM

Title and Billing Clerk Orchard Park New York Benefits

Hours - Full-time Monday through Friday, occasional Saturday

Competitive Compensation based on experience

Responsibilities:

Stock in vehicles

  • Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold - review, coordinate and submit information to lending institutions and Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Reconcile dealer reserve statements and product submissions
  • Process payments to floor plan institutions
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirement

  • 2 years of automotive billing experience required
  • Familiarity using a dealership management system (DMS)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
