The First 30 Days and Beyond
  • You will be on the floor selling within 20 days
  • First 30 days is spent skill building, gaining product knowledge and getting trained on our sales process.
  • The next two months are spend refining sills and establishing discipline with daily tasks using our CRM
  • By 90 days you are putting it all together with unit expectations on a rolling 3 months.
  • Timing may vary based on skill level and previous automotive sales experience.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Working showroom, phone, and internet leads
  • Demonstrating and presenting vehicles to customers
  • Building value and negotiating deals
  • Closing and delivering vehicles
  • Maintaining follow-up for repeat and referral business
  • Supporting leadership with mentoring and increasing sales volume
  • Developing management-level skills as part of your growth path
