Job Summary
Automation Testing:
1. Requires strong techno-functional automation expertise in complex insurance environments.
2. Combines deep insurance business knowledge with advanced automation engineering skills.
3. Designs, builds, and maintains robust automated test suites for policy administration and back-office workflows.
4. Covers critical processes like enrollment, eligibility changes, endorsements, renewals, billing, claims, commissions, and financial postings.
5. Extends beyond UI automation to integration-heavy smoke and sanity testing across PAS, billing, claims, commissions, and portals.
6. Implements API-level and contract tests to ensure data consistency, schema integrity, and business rule compliance.
7. Builds hybrid automation combining UI, API, batch, and database validations for end-to-end insurance flows.
8. Validates that policy updates trigger correspondence, portal updates, premium recalculations, and accurate financial postings.
9. Collaborates with product, business, and integration teams to align automation with real-world insurance scenarios.
10. Supports frequent releases with reliable regression coverage and fast, trustworthy feedback for production readiness.
