This role is focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of complex systems by bridging business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting enterprise applications, with a strong ability to interpret requirements, identify risks, and ensure that system changes are accurately implemented and meet business expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute data testing strategies aligned to complex workflows, business rules, and system integrations
  • Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and supporting documentation based on detailed requirements analysis
  • Perform end-to-end testing and manage defects, including test logging, validation, and results tracking
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements, refine testing, and support releases
  • Validate data and integration outputs, including API testing across environments
  • Partner with client SMEs to triage, reproduce, and resolve defects, including production support as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Information Systems, or similar)
  • 2-4 years of experience in data or system testing within complex, enterprise environments
  • Experience querying and validating large, complex data sets; working knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar cloud data tools) preferred
  • Agile experience required; SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks preferred
  • Exposure to scripting or data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus but not required
  • Ability to obtain a FNS MBI Clearance is required

The salary range for this position is$65,000 - $80,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
