Job description

Job Title: Business Automation/AI & LCAP Team Lead
Location: Richmond, VA (On-site 3 days/week, parking available)
Duration: 02 months (with possiblity of extension)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Automation/AI & LCAP Team Lead to lead a team focused on Cloud Platform Services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation, AI, cloud technologies (Azure), and Microsoft identity management, with hands-on experience using tools such as UI Path, Power Automate, GitHub, and Adobe Management Portal. This role involves technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Automation Solutions: Design and implement automation using Azure Cloud, RPA (UIPath), Power Automate, and AI.
  • Administer Adobe Management Platform: Manage Adobe Sign and other platform services.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as SME and escalation point for technical issues, guiding a team of developers.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee automation lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Documentation & Troubleshooting: Maintain documentation and troubleshoot platform issues with Service Partners.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with advancements in automation and cloud technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years as an Automation Tech Lead or in a similar role.
    • 3+ years in RPA (UIPath, Power Automate).
    • 5+ years with cloud services, scripting (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript), and Active Directory.
    • Experience with Adobe Management Platform, including Adobe Sign, is highly desired.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and within teams.
