Job Description
  • Create and document architectural designs, providing technical guidance throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Implement and uphold best practices and standards for software development, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Design and document automation solutions using UiPath and other relevant technologies, creating comprehensive Solution Design Documents.
  • Analyze and refine the technical architecture of processes prior to automation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Automation Developers to finalize business automation and technical requirements.
  • Lead the development of automation projects and components, ensuring alignment with solution designs and requirements.
  • Supervise the testing, deployment, hypercare, and monitoring phases of automation projects.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements, recommending new tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver solutions that align with business and technology strategies.
  • Engage in hands-on development tasks when necessary, building consensus and executing solutions.
  • Participate in all stages of the project life cycle, from kickoff through requirement analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Contribute to multiple project teams, adding value through technology solutions, quality reviews, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Focus on strategies for creating value across products, distribution channels, agency interfaces, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Architect to research industry trends and directions, recommending new methodologies, technologies, and platforms.
  • Support tool and component selection for IT projects, providing input on options, risks, cost-benefit analysis, and process impacts.
  • Analyze current architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvements, including capacity expansion, predictability, cost reduction, and increased effectiveness.

Qualifications
These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor's degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
