Position - Senior QA/Test Automation Consultant
Position - Horsham, PA
Duration - 12 month + Long Term

* JBoss, GIT, GIT Hub, Oracle, Unix, JMS, CI/CD tools, DevOps
• Software Test Automation specialist with 8+ years experience in the software engineering and test automation to work with an agile team to develop, implement and maintain automated testing solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
o Participate in the technical design process with the Application Architects
o Proactively explore the system and any documentation to understand the business context of the change being delivered
o Actively participate in scaled agile ceremonies
o Drive a quality mindset within the team
o Work with development teams to instill testability into development practices.
o Estimate work effort and effectively identify and prioritize the high impact tasks
o Design comprehensive test strategies to cover different levels of testing
o Architect, design, and implement test automation frameworks for a continuous integration and execution model.
o Automate API testing
o Identify test automation opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness and to enable CI/CD
o Contribute to test automation scripting standards and best practices
o Develop automation scripts and participate in peer reviews.
o Develop a repeatable process for designing, developing, executing and monitoring scripts.
o Conduct tests, document and analyze test results and present findings to the team.
o Develop and maintain test plan and test cases with associated test data based upon functional and non-functional requirements.
o Report and document defects found during test cycles. Participate in defect prioritization sessions.
o Communicate timely status, including any potential risks/issues to the appropriate teams to ensure completion of all deliverables within schedule, budget and quality constraints.
