Job Description Project Manager/Business Analyst Position Overview We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support technology initiatives within financial services and enterprise IT environments. This role will manage Agile delivery, gather business requirements, coordinate development teams, and serve as a key liaison between business and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate development activities, and track project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

Gather and document business requirements, develop user stories, and coordinate user acceptance testing. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to communicate status, manage expectations, and drive delivery. Support internal applications, financial systems, and regulatory reporting initiatives.

Maintain project documentation and reporting using Jira, Confluence, Clarity, or similar tools. Identify risks and issues, recommend solutions, and drive resolution. Use SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools to support requirements, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Leverage approved AI and automation tools to improve delivery and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Key Requirements 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services technology, or a related enterprise environment. Strong Project Management and Business Analysis experience, preferably supporting financial or regulatory functions.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Rally, Confluence, or similar tools. Experience with project management tools such as Clarity or Microsoft Project. Strong requirements gathering, UAT, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Experience supporting geographically distributed teams. Working knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting. Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of financial products, hedging, derivatives, or regulatory reporting. Familiarity with financial systems, cloud reporting platforms, budgeting, or AI tools.
