Position Description

Seeking a highly skilled QA lead to drive our Selenium automation team. The position will be responsible for leading the day to day activities of a test automation team focusing on Selenium, but also leveraging QuickTest Pro / Unified Functional Test, comprised of onshore and offshore employees and contractors.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience performing lead-level activities for a test automation team with 3-5 years of hands on automation development.  The candidate should possess the following skills:

        Extensive knowledge of Selenium, specifically scripting in Java

        Experience with Unified Functional Test and HP Application Lifecycle Management are strongly desired

        Developing automation strategy and requirements by working with system testers to create an automation scope from requirements and use cases

        Developing automated tests from system test cases

        Identifying and modeling level of effort and return on investment for automation efforts to drive current and future scope

        Working with development teams to track and resolve defects across multiple projects and releases

        Developing and maintaining large, extensible automation frameworks, libraries and other reusable assets which are shared across multiple teams

        Analyzing complex requirements, software and processes

        Self-motivated with a desire to constantly improve yourself and your team

        Ability to work collaboratively with members across multiple disciplines

        Able to set and measure goals for a team and drive team members to achieve those goals
