Job Description

As an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Co-op/Intern, you will support the EHS team in maintaining a safe, healthy, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace on a full time basis. You will assist with regulatory compliance activities, inspections, training, incident investigations, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives that support the company's EHS management systems and safety culture.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support workplace inspections and audits, including hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective action tracking.
  • Assist with incident, injury, and near-miss investigations, documentation, and compliance record maintenance.
  • Support environmental compliance activities, including waste management, recycling efforts, inspections, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Assist with EHS training, communications, employee awareness campaigns, and maintenance of EHS resources and training materials.
  • Support EHS management systems activities, audits, reporting, data analysis, and special EHS projects.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Experience supporting workplace inspections, audits, or compliance activities.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications for data entry, analysis, reporting, or presentations.
  • Exposure to ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Experience supporting environmental, health, and safety programs, initiatives, or documentation

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from 57,520.00 - $86,280.00 CAD Annual
