Acquired in 2007, Hamilton Storage is headquartered in Franklin, Massachusetts, USA with R&D facilities co-existing in both Franklin, MA and Bonaduz, Switzerland. The decentralized R&D organization benefits both production and marketing and allows Hamilton to stay close to the local markets and respond quickly to market needs.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Manage customer projects from Pre-sales through installation and validation. This includes project planning, customer management, coordination of internal and external teams and resources, on-site installation management, system validation, etc
โ€ข Work with customers to develop any project-specific technical documents as required
โ€ข Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
โ€ข Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
โ€ข Collaborate with peers to ensure resource availability and allocation
โ€ข Develop detailed project plans to track and report progress
โ€ข Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost
โ€ข Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
โ€ข Report and escalate to Management as needed
โ€ข Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
โ€ข Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
โ€ข Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project management tools
โ€ข Management of large capital equipment/construction/technology projects required
โ€ข Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Qualifications
โ€ข Must have a strong comprehension of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals
โ€ข Must have strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
โ€ข Must be a hands-on project manager, willing to work in any role within the project as necessary
โ€ข ISO 9000, ISO 13485 and FDA/CGMP experience a plus
โ€ข PMP certification is desirable
โ€ข Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Project
Education/Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in a related field or comparable experience
  • 5 plus Years' experience in capital equipment development or construction project management

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000 per annum. The final salary offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, specialized skills, and professional qualifications.
