Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Houston, TX (5days/week - Onsite)
Duration: 6 - 12 months contract

 
Job Summary
We are looking for QA Automation Engineers. Candidates must have strong automation skills in TypeScript with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Puppeteer, solid functional testing experience, API testing, and database testing with SQL. CRM domain knowledge is a strong differentiator.  
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TypeScript and your chosen framework
  • Perform functional testing — manual and automated — on CRM features
  • Automate and execute API tests to validate backend logic and integrations
  • Write SQL queries for test data setup, backend validation, and data integrity checks
  • Debug failures across UI, API, and database layers
  • Collaborate with developers in an Agile environment
  • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure data consistency from UI → API → Database
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Prior experience testing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, custom CRM, etc.)
  • Understanding of sales/lead/account workflows
  • Experience testing third-party integrations (payment gateways, email APIs, etc.)
  • CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
  • Jest / Mocha / Chai (test runners)
  • Agile / Scrum exposure
