Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Orchestration & Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) / BMC Helix, MuleSoft workflow orchestration, and Tanium. The role focuses on building, integrating, and managing end-to-end automation workflows across infrastructure, endpoints, and enterprise systems to improve operational efficiency, resilience, and compliance.
The candidate will work closely with IT Operations, SRE, Security, and Platform teams to automate incident, change, remediation, and compliance workflows in a secure, enterprise environment.
Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) / BMC Helix.
• Experience building orchestration modules, adapters, workflows, and rules.
• Proven expertise with MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform / Mule ESB) workflows and APIs.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with the Tanium platform and its core modules.
• Ability to create and optimize Tanium sensors, packages, and saved questions.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management, patching, and compliance automation.
• Experience integrating orchestration tools with monitoring and ITSM systems.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and event management tools.
• Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end IT automation workflows using BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) / Helix.
Build and maintain incident, event, and remediation orchestration integrated with ITSM platforms.
Develop MuleSoft workflows and APIs to enable system-to-system and event-driven integrations.
Integrate MuleSoft, BMC Helix, and Tanium for closed-loop operational automation.
Engineer Tanium sensors, packages, and actions for endpoint visibility and remediation.
Automate patching, compliance, and vulnerability remediation using Tanium within orchestration flows.
Implement alert-to-remediation automation to reduce MTTR and manual intervention.
Ensure automation workflows comply with security, access control, and audit requirements.
Create reusable automation runbooks and standardized orchestration modules.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows for performance and reliability.
Collaborate with Operations, SRE, Security, and Platform teams to drive automation adoption.
Document workflows, integrations, and operational procedures for enterprise supportability.
