The Opportunity: We are looking for an Automation Engineer to develop and support scalable automation solutions, internal platforms, and operational tooling that improve efficiency across engineering and business functions. This role will work closely with engineering, operations, platform, and business stakeholders to build practical solutions that eliminate repetitive work, streamline workflows, and accelerate delivery.
The ideal candidate is a versatile engineer with strong programming skills, experience building internal applications, database expertise, and the ability to move seamlessly between software development, automation, operational support, and emerging AI technologies. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks, utilities, and workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency across teams

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and create solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency
  • Develop intelligent automation solutions utilizing AI technologies, conversational systems, and custom generative AI applications
