Role: Cloud SRE Engineer
Location:  Durham, NC(Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
The Infrastructure Cloud Engineer role is an SRE-focused position responsible for developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure and configuration management code. Key responsibilities include handling client support cases, managing an Enterprise secrets management service, and ensuring service health across various environments.
The role involves significant hands-on work with Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure (70-80%), automation (10-20%), and support tickets (5%).

Core Infrastructure Work:
AWS
Kubernetes
CI/CD with Argo CD and pipelines
GitLab and GitHub (including migration efforts)
Containers (Docker, Artifactory)
Security reviews and audits
Helm (nice to have, related to Kubernetes)

Qualifications:
4+ years supporting automation for cloud-native solutions (AWS, Openstack, or Google Cloud).
2+ years'' experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform.
2+ years'' experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
Experience with source control (e.g., GIT, Subversion, ClearCase) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Travis/Jenkins).
