These installation projects require the salesman to have high knowledge of the equipment and software in order to complete a design package used by the installation team.

Our most successful salesmen are great listeners, who value being solid consultants. They have the rare combination of being great with people and also having a high aptitude for technology in the home. Some leads will be provided by our best-in-class web advertising program and showroom visitors but our highest producing salesmen hunt for leads among builders, remodelers, architects, and designers.

Compensation is a modest salary plus commissions.  Less experiences salespersons typically earn $50,000 per year and our more senior sales designers earn over $200,000.
