Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketing Automation Specialist
Dallas, TX | New York, NY | Chicago, IL
Responsibilities:
  • Building and managing email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Creating customer journeys using Journey Builder
  • Developing automations, audience segments, and data extensions
  • Working with Data Cloud to support audience activation and personalization
  • Using AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS to deliver dynamic customer experiences
  • Running A/B tests and helping improve campaign performance
  • Monitoring campaign health, engagement, and deliverability
  • Supporting onboarding of new brands and customer data sources
  • Partnering with stakeholders across marketing and technology teams to solve business problems
  • Maintaining high standards around QA, compliance, and campaign execution
Requirement:
