About the Role

Matrix Systems & Technologies Inc is looking for a talented UI Path Test Automation Engineer with MBI Clearance to join our team in Bowie, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation solutions in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath RPA platform
  • Execute automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance
  • Identify, document, and track software defects through the full defect lifecycle
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test requirements
  • Perform regression, integration, and system testing across multiple environments
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test coverage and quality metrics
  • Continuously improve test automation frameworks and best practices
Requirements
  • Active MBI (Moderate Background Investigation) clearance required
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with UiPath automation development and testing
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks, scripting, and QA methodologies
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum development processes
  • Excellent analytical, problemโ€‘solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working in a government or federal contracting environment preferred
Education
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
  • UiPath Certified Associate certification
