Position Title: eGRC Solution Architect & Automation Lead

Location: Arlington, VA (onsite support)

Position contingent upon award of contract, government acceptance of candidate, and positive adjudication of government investigation.

Position Summary:

The eGRC Solution Architect & Automation Lead serves as Redhawk's senior technical authority for implementation, sustainment, and modernization of the Army-designated eGRC environment. The Architect designs workflows that support enterprise RMIC activities while ensuring Government ownership of records, human validation of automated outputs, and responsible implementation of analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

The position also leads deployment of Redhawk's automation accelerators, including BEACON, TRACE, and STRIKE, in a manner fully aligned with Government governance, security, and approval requirements.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Architect and configure the Army-designated eGRC environment, including risk and control libraries, assessment campaigns, workflow routing, role-based access, and evidence capture and retention.

Conduct requirements analysis and workflow design sessions with Government system owners and stakeholders.

Maintain configuration management and documented change control for all configured workflows and reports.

Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting in Power BI.

Manage data integration through Government-approved interfaces and controlled import and export mappings, with documented data quality checks.

Maintain the monthly RMIC automation schedule and lead deployment of BEACON, TRACE, and STRIKE patterns within approved technical and security boundaries.

Enforce AI governance standards: automated outputs receive analyst validation, business rules are documented, and Government officials retain decision authority.

Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing and release management for each configuration release.

Manage approved interfaces and maintain complete technical documentation and SOPs.

Deliver technical training and job aids for Government and contractor users.


Education & Experience Requirements
Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Data Analytics)

Clearance

Active Secret clearance

Experience:

12+ years of enterprise systems experience

7+ years implementing GRC or ERP solutions

Power BI and SQL experience

Experience supporting DoD financial management systems (e.g., GFEBS)

Automation/RPA experience (Preferred)
