Position Overview

Advantage Interests and its subsidiary Eagle Fire are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Sprinkler Designer to join our growing fire protection team. This is an immediate need for a detail-oriented professional capable of managing full-cycle sprinkler system design projects across commercial, industrial, and specialty environments. Eagle Fire has built a strong reputation for delivering quality fire protection solutions, and we are looking for a designer who shares that commitment to excellence and is ready to contribute from day one.

Responsibilities

• Design automatic fire sprinkler systems including wet, dry, preaction, and deluge configurations

• Develop complete system layouts, shop drawings, and submittal packages

• Perform hydraulic calculations in compliance with NFPA standards

• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and field installation teams

• Generate accurate material takeoffs and support estimating efforts

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements

• Produce construction documentation for AHJ approvals and field execution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fire sprinkler design experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Strong working knowledge of hydraulic calculations and automatic sprinkler layout

• Experience producing submittals and construction documentation

• NICET Level II – Water-Based Systems Layout (WBSL)

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HydraCAD for Revit, HydraCalc, and HydraList

• BIM coordination experience

• NICET Level III (or actively working toward it)
