  • Design, develop, enhance, document, and maintain production-quality software supporting mission data verification and validation.
  • Develop software interfaces that communicate with laboratory simulators and external hardware systems.
  • Develop applications that ingest, parse, correlate, and process structured and real-time system messages.
  • Design and maintain message dictionaries, interface definitions, data-processing logic, and communication protocols.
  • Develop software that automatically evaluates system responses and determines pass/fail test results using approved adjudication logic.
  • Design intuitive graphical user interfaces (GUIs) allowing operators to configure, execute, monitor, and analyze automated testing activities.
  • Develop automated logging, reporting, traceability, and data-analysis capabilities.
  • Integrate internally developed software with existing Government and third-party software components.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, performance, and acceptance testing.
  • Validate software performance, accuracy, reliability, and throughput during extended automated test events.
  • Troubleshoot software defects, timing issues, interface problems, communications errors, and integration challenges while performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Participate in technical reviews, software demonstrations, design reviews, customer meetings, and Government acceptance events.
  • Maintain source code, software baselines, release documentation, build instructions, configuration records, and version control.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including software design documentation, user guides, test procedures, software release documentation, and test reports.
  • Support ongoing software maintenance, enhancements, cybersecurity updates, and defect resolution throughout the lifecycle of the program.
Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
