Job description

Automated Health Systems has an HR Coordinator position available in McCandless Township, Pittsburgh, PA.

This is a full-time on-site position.

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting HR and talent acquisition operations.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process
  • Participate in employee engagement activities
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and employment laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience required.
  • Previous recruitment experience preferred.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and maintain confidential information.
  • Advanced PC skills (i.e., experience with internet, database search technologies, and applicant tracking systems) required.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
