Auto Dealership Accounting Office Assistant
Entry-Level Position

Autohaus Lancaster is seeking a detailâ€'oriented and dependable Accounting Office Assistant to support our dealership’s daily accounting and administrative operations. This entryâ€'level role is perfect for someone who enjoys numbers, organization, and working in a fastâ€'paced office environment. You’ll assist with core accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, and help keep the office running smoothly.
No experience is required but good math skills is a plus!!  The ideal candidate would have dealership and CDK experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous office or accounting experience is a plus but entryâ€'level candidates are welcome

  • Dealership and CDK experience is a plus!
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment
