Job Description

· Develop, document, and maintain assembly and test manufacturing processes for aerospace and industrial components in a high-mix, low-volume production environment

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing processes, cultivating a culture of operational excellence

· Champion company-wide productivity initiatives and maintain a robust pipeline of continuous improvement ideas

· Contribute to the development and execution of an effective site strategy and operational plan supporting assembly and test areas

· Design and develop test fixtures and assembly fixtures utilizing 3D printing and 3D modeling technologies

Key Requirements

· BS in Engineering (required)

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations

· Strong background in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies within assembly environments

· Proficiency in 3D modeling for fixture design, including test fixtures and process fixtures (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
