Job description

Auto-Chlor System is hiring for a Commercial Appliance Installer for our Bethel, CT location! Our growing organization has held a strong brand reputation for providing reliable customer service and exceptional products for over 80 years.
We are looking for a mechanically trained individual to install our commercial dishwashing machines at various client sites. This individual will need to be comfortable with using hand tools, heavy lifting, and have a drive to succeed, and be able to work in a team environment that is committed to providing strong customer service.
What is in it for you:
  • $26-$27/hr with opportunities for overtime! Estimated yearly between $68,000-$75,000.
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, plus occasional overtime.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs installation of Auto-Chlor System equipment according to customer requirements and prearranged plan approved by an Auto-Chlor salesperson.
  • Obtain payment and signature from client at each installation. Properly account for all funds on a daily basis.
  • Inspect and test equipment before leaving customer's premises.
  • Teach customers how to use and maintain their new equipment.
  • Participate in service calls as requested and in rotation with other Auto-Chlor System personnel.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently using various tools, heavy lifting, and standing for long periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license with 3 years driving history.
  • Mechanically trained.
  • Ability to work on-call rotation.
