Job Summary

The Technical Lead - 2D Drawing and Detailing is responsible for overseeing technology management within projects, providing technical guidance and innovative solutions to ensure successful work completion. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing team capabilities, promoting best practices, and ensuring compliance with established processes, ultimately driving the organization towards its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Standards For 2D Drawing And Detailing, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
  • Develop And Mentor Team Members In The Use Of Cad Software And Detailing Techniques, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
  • Ensure Compliance With Engineering Processes In The Assigned Module And Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Technical Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, And Analyzing Technical Risks.
  • Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Project Exposure And Risks, Facilitating The Resolution Of Escalations And Promoting Transparency In Project Progress.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
