What You'll Do

As a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering the premium ownership experience our customers expect from the Jaguar Land Rover brand.

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Jaguar Land Rover vehicles and other makes as required.
  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and cutting-edge vehicle technology.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, and fellow Technicians to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
