ACG Auto Glass & Car Care is hiring a motivated, dependable individual to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Auto Glass Technician Trainee. We provide paid, hands-on training and all the tools you need to build a successful career in the automotive service industry.
As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee, you'll learn how to provide professional auto glass and vehicle care services while delivering outstanding customer service at our retail locations and special events.

Responsibilities
• Repair windshield chips and cracks using professional repair systems.
• Assist with windshield and auto glass replacement.
• Learn ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera recalibration procedures.
• Educate customers on windshield repair versus replacement options.
• Promote and schedule additional vehicle services, including:
• Window tint installation
• Hail damage repair assistance
• Headlight restoration
• Mobile auto glass services
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and explaining service options.
• Work with major retail partners and military customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Help manage daily events, appointments, and customer flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
• No experience required-we provide paid training.
