We're looking for a general manager to gradually take over the helm from the owner, lead a team of 6 employees, improve the company's KPIs while continuing to take great care of our customers. Leading and driving the team to excel at their work, coaching and training, managing by the numbers and achieving the KPI goals, covering for advisors when needed (writing service, taking excellent care of customers, procuring parts, dispatching work to the technicians)
Qualifications of Automotive General Manager
A leader with superior sales skills, positive attitude, passion for helping people, excellent communication skills and a willingness to always learn.A valid Driver's License is required.
