Farmington Motor Sports Inc. in Farmington, CT is hiring a full-time Auto Service Consultant.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN AUTO SERVICE CONSULTANT

You'll work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This is a full-time, in-office job with weekends off.

You will check in vehicles that come in for repairs or maintenance. After technicians look at the cars, you'll talk with customers about what they found and write up estimates. You'll help explain the work and sell the services that are needed. You'll also find and order parts using different sources. Throughout the day, you'll talk with customers in person, over the phone, and by message. Once work is done, you'll collect payment and send the customer on their way. You'll be part of a team that works together to give great automotive service and keep things running smoothly.


REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AUTO SERVICE CONSULTANT

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfort with computers and digital systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Knowledge of the automotive industry or related experience is a plus. Sales experience is also a plus.
