What You'll Do:
  • Lead the Shop: Supervise, mentor, and motivate our team of service advisors and technicians to meet and exceed production goals.
  • Drive Customer Loyalty: Ensure every customer receives transparent, high-quality communication and service from write-up to delivery.
  • Optimize Workflow: Manage shop capacity, schedule technician workloads, and streamline processes to improve turn times and efficiency.
  • Manage Financials: Monitor department performance metrics (KPIs), control expenses, and drive profitable growth.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and strictly follow manufacturer warranty guidelines and regulations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership service operations, mechanics, and warranty processes (Ford experience is a plus!).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
