Work Location:   1320 Union Ave NE, Renton, WA

Starting Payrate: $28-$32/hr + $1 Shift Pay

Schedule:

  • Schedule: 5 Days/Week | Evening/Night Shift (Start between 4 PM – 10 PM)

What You'll Do

As a hands-on Automotive Service Manager, you'll lead daily operations while working alongside your team to deliver exceptional service for fleet customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily Fleet Service Center operations
  • Schedule technicians, appointments, and workflow
  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs as needed
  • Oversee quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company standards
  • Document completed work and maintain accurate service records
  • Support and develop team members through coaching and leadership
  • Coordinate with fleet customers and internal partners to meet service expectations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service Management experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous automotive service experience
  • ASE Certification(s)
  • Experience with diagnostics, maintenance, brake repairs, tire services, and preventative maintenance

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and handle tires, wheels, and automotive equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
