The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, facilitating smooth coordination of vehicle maintenance and repairs. This role operates under the guidance of the service manager and supports a variety of brands with general automotive service advising. The advisor utilizes service management software to manage appointments, work orders, and parts ordering efficiently, ensuring a seamless service experience for all clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vehicle service schedules and appointments
  • Manage parts ordering to support timely service delivery
