What You'll Do
As Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring the department meets or exceeds performance, financial, and customer satisfaction goals.
Operational & Financial Leadership
  • Manage service department performance, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency metrics
  • Understand and drive key financial outcomes such as labor margins, billable hours, and cost control
  • Develop and maintain consistent workflow through effective scheduling of technicians and jobs
  • Monitor and improve shop productivity, turnaround time, and work quality
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of service technicians
  • Set clear expectations and performance goals, and hold team members accountable
  • Foster a positive, safety-first, and team-oriented culture
  • Ensure technicians maintain required certifications and training standards
Customer Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related customer needs
