Location: Oakes KIA | North Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $72,000 - $132,000 per year
About the Role
Oakes Auto Group is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead and manage our Parts Department in North Kansas City. This position is ideal for an experienced automotive parts professional with strong leadership skills who is ready to take ownership of the department and its overall success. What You'll Do
  • Manage the entire Parts Department and its day-to-day operations
  • Lead the Parts team and provide clear direction, support, and accountability
  • Oversee department responsibilities and ensure daily operations are handled effectively
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and well-managed department
  • Take ownership of the overall performance and success of the Parts Department

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Parts Manager with a strong background in automotive parts operations and leadership. The right person will have previous Parts Manager experience, strong leadership traits, and the ability to confidently oversee an entire department. This position requires someone who can take ownership, lead a team, stay organized, and maintain high expectations in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a standard background check
  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Previous Parts Manager experience required
  • Previous automotive parts management experience
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
