Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns to accurately document service requests.
  • Explain repair procedures and estimates clearly, ensuring customers understand the scope of work needed.
  • Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, schedule appointments, and ensure timely completion of services.
  • Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission services to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
  • Prepare detailed auto estimates using dealership or shop management software; communicate costs effectively to customers.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during payments and process invoices efficiently.
  • Maintain thorough records of all service transactions, customer interactions, and vehicle histories for future reference.

Qualifications
  • Proven dealership experience or auto service management background with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.
