Hiring Immediately - Bilingual and English Speaking Automotive Sales Reps. No sales experience required.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Maintain and upkeep the sales floor
  • Take customers on test drives
  • Solve any problems the customer may have
  • Help the customer find the vehicles they are interested in
  • Build customer relationships to drive sales
  • Set a clear goal for sales performance
  • Show up on time
  • Adhere to uniform requirements
  • Work independently throughout the day
Qualifications
  • Proficient with computers and technology
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle (not required)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Capable communicator
  • Ability to excel in a high-paced industry
  • Able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (not required)
Experience
