Auto Liquidators Plus is a family-owned dealership organization with 3 area locations in Dallas, Tyler & Waco, TX. Auto Liquidators has been in business for over 35 years, and we are continuing to grow. As a result of our success, our service department is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Auto Repair Associate to further help our wonderful customer base!

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high customer volume & fast-paced environment

• Greet and Assist customers in person, over the phone, via text, and by email in BOTH ENGLISH & SPANISH

• Schedule Service Appointments

• Maintain communication with customers, explaining repair recommendations, warranty coverage, and repair timelines in a professional and easy-to-understand manner

• Open and maintain service repair orders and warranty repair orders accurately

• Determine warranty eligibility according to dealership policies

• Follow up with customers after repairs are completed to ensure satisfaction

• Handle post-repair questions and concerns professionally

• Work closely with Sales, Service, Collections, Parts, and Management

• Escalate complex situations to management when appropriate

• Process repair invoices and supporting paperwork

• Maintain accurate files and update files when necessary

What We Seek:

• Fluency in SPANISH & ENGLISH Required (Verbal & Written)

• 2+ Years MINIMUM Customer Service Experience

• A Team Leader!

• Must be at Least 21 Years of Age

• High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written

• Ability to Multitask and Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment

• Proficient with Computers and Microsoft Office Applications

• Knowledge of Automotive Repairs and Vehicle Systems Preferred

• Automotive Dealership Experience is Preferred

• BHPH Experience is a PLUS

• Service Advisor or Service Writer Experience is a HUGE PLUS

• Experience with Dealership Management Software is a HUGE PLUS (DealerCenter, Frazer, RouteOne, etc.)
